She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Delaware State University. With several years of experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor in a correctional facility, Candacy brings a deep understanding of addiction and recovery to her practice. Her passion for serving marginalized populations drives her commitment to providing a voice for those who may feel unheard.
